Insurance companies tend to be a good partner with most business in the health sector. If you work with insurance companies, the electronic record management system can assist you in the workflow with insurance companies. You can manage as many insurance companies as needed, and for each one you can set a price and a default visit duration. When a patient comes from an insurance company, he comes with an authorisation raised from someone in the insurance company. In the patient record you can add or edit those authorisations, and specify data such as the doctor who's on charge of the authorisation, the number of sessions to do, date of the authorisation, etc...

You can also schedule appointments with the patient directly from the calendar, selecting the authorization and the number of sessions performed.

Also, from the authorization screen, you can perform directly create invoices for the sessions you want. The invoice is saved and ready to print whenever you require.
