The calendar of visits and events will let you have your schedule organized, along with any other event you need to remember.

Organize your time

In contrast to the classical paper-based calendar, with salucenter calendar you will be able to always have your patients meetings scheduled and up to date, always accesible. You can associate an appointment with a patient, you can quickly find out how many appointments you have for a given day, and with one click you can access the patient record. Calendar entries can be dragged to another location to change the day or time of the appointment.

Fine grained permision level access rules will allow each user to define which other users can access their calendar or their patient data.

Recurring Appointments

If you need to schedule recurring visists, you can create a new calendar entry, and make it repeat as many times as desired using different available criteria

Categories

When you create an appointment in the calendar, you can assign a category, and the system can be configured so that each category is displayed in a different color. That will let you easily see which sort of visists you have for each day.

Notifications

Another feature of the calendar is its notification system, whereby both you and your patient may receive advance notice (via email or SMS) about upcoming appointments.
