Managing Invoices and receipts.

For every visit you have made to a patient, you can assign a price you have been charged. You can also control the absences, the dates of payment and mode of payment, whether by cash, card, etc. .. In the case the patient asks for an invoice, salucenter gives you an easy to use invoicing system in which you can easily generate the invoice for a visit in just a single click.

For patients from insurance companies, salucenter lets you manage invoices very easily. Just select the visist you want to bill, and the invoice will be generated, with the prices you have specified or agreed with the insurance company. You can change these prices at any time.

Also, from the invoices menu, you can browse the existing invoices, display the dates and check if they have been paid or not. All your invoices will be quickly and easily accessible by date and month. Salucenter lets you define parameters like VAT and other taxes, and this settings can be modified for each invoice if needed.

If you organisation has different users, you can configure a user to create his own invoices, or you can also configure a user to invoice in the name of your organisation.
