Overview

In just one screen you will be able to see the history of the patient you are currently working with. Forget about navigating across multiple menus just to get the information you need. You choose what information to add and how it gets displayed.

You can use a color convention to highlight the aspect you want to emphasize. That way you'll be able to resume all the patient history in just one screen, allowing you to view the patient history while you are attending at the patient, all at the same time. You can classify history records by a given concept, and you can create as many concepts as needed.

Detailed view

If you want to see what happened on a visit, just click on it and the detailed view will show up. You'll then have access to the duration, the price, notes and intervention applied, along with treatments involved. Treatments can be rated, according with the patient feedback. This will allow you to know how is the patient evolving, and if the treatments are giving the desired results.

From the detailed view screen, you can also create the invoice for that visit, in case the patient doesn't come from an insurance company.
