Organize your time

In contrast to the classical paper-based calendar, with salucenter calendar you will be able to always have your patients meetings scheduled and up to date, always reachable. You can link a calendar event with a patient, and you can easily see how many visits you have for a given day. With a single click you can access the patient record. You can drag and drop calendar events in order to move the event to another date or time slot.

If your site has more than one user, you can configure a user to see only its own patients, or you can also configure a user so that it can see all patients of the site.

Recurring events

If you have patients for that you want to schedule more than one visit at once (typical case of insurance companies), you can add a new event on the calendar, and make it repeat as many times as you need.

Categories

When creating a calendar event, you can assign it a category, and set the system so that it will display each category in a different color. That will let you easily see which sort of visists you have for each day.

Alerts

Another feature of the calendar is its alerts system. With it, the customer and you can always be notified (through email or SMS) about incoming visists.
